Bluetooth is a wireless communication standard that connects electronic devices to each other. If you're wondering what those things are that resemble large hearing aids in so many people's ears, those are Bluetooth receivers. The receiver communicates with a cell phone using Bluetooth. In fact, any electronic device with Bluetooth can communicate with another Bluetooth device. Think of it as a wireless cable connection between two pieces of equipment.
