Tonight, let us bring to mind the people of #Palestine . Although the conflict taking place is between Hamas and the Israeli military complex, civilians on both sides pay the price. However, the people of Palestine, especially those living in #Gaza pay the higher price. They are trapped in an oversized cage, unable to dream, unable grow. They live in an Israeli imposed ghetto, paying the price of the actions of Hamas.

Now that there is armed conflict, they are being killed in large numbers. Woman, children, elderly, those who have nothing, are experiencing even more misery. Many of them are our #Christian brothers and sisters, for yes, there are Palestinian Christians. So we must specially pray for them; it is our duty to pray for them, and to speak up for them and those who are oppressed.

So we lift them up to you Lord Christ, have mercy on them and set them free from their misery. Amen.
