Hello and a lovely Saturday morning to you in the name of Jesus.

We’re gradually getting to the end of the month of August, in the next 9 days we will be at the end of the month. We thank God for everything. why? His word concerning you is this: He crowns the year for you with His goodness and your path will drop with fatness in the name of Jesus. Fatness is old English which just means abundance. May your path be filled with God’s blessings and abundance in the name of Jesus.

We’re still talking about the importance of speaking. I know we all want to experience something new, we want to enter a new level, we want to get a promotion, we want to enter a new season, a fresh season; greater joy, peace and the blessings of God at a new level and all that. But a major key to that is keeping His word in our mouth. Speaking! speaking!! speaking!!! You can speak your way into a new reality. God wanted to experience something new, He wanted to see something new He had to speak it into being. We are not greater than God! The bible says the servant isn’t greater than the master. The best is to be like his master. To be like God, speak what you want into being. And as we began to speak about this yesterday sometimes the frustration is that some of us have said it a couple of times and we have not seen it happen. I heard someone say I said something 300 times and it didn’t happen. It’s not so much about speaking it, it’s speaking it to the point where it first changes your heart, and like I said a few days ago it’s like re-branding your heart, reconfiguring your heart. Why? That’s the way God created us.

The first place we begin to see change is not outside but within us. The bible says in the book of Jeremiah chapter 1:9-10 (NKJV)

'Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me: “Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, To root out and to pull down, To destroy and to throw down, To build and to plant.”'

Can you imagine? The first the God wanted Jeremiah to do was to root out, to pull down, to destroy and to throw down after that, you build and you plant. Why? Because of the negative influence of the world. A lot of us the word of God just can’t begin to work immediately, we have to root out things, pull down things. The bible talks about a casting down imaginations - wrong imaginations, wrong ideas. We have to destroy mind-sets, we have to throw down things to get all that out and it takes some time. Once you’ve been able to do all that then to build and to plant becomes easy. That’s why we cannot get tired of saying it. You must root everything out, pull every wrong thing out, every mind-set, every wrong idea, every wrong concept pull everything out. And the moment you pull them out and you keep doing it you find it’s easy for your words to find expression and come to pass. So be deliberate, don’t stop saying what God says, keep rooting out the wrong ideas, keep rooting out the wrong mind-sets, keep pulling them down, casting down those wrong arguments, casting down those wrong things and you’ll see how God’s word will begin to grow in your life.
