The School of Public Policy at the University of Calgary has released a report on low income housing in Canada. The Very Poor and the Affordability of Housing reveals that affordable housing is a mixed bag in Canada. In Calgary, it's VERY hard to find. In Winnipeg, it's getting harder to find. In Montreal and Québec City, it's relatively easy to find. Dr. Ron Kneebone from the School of Public Policy at the University of Calgary joins me on The Weekend to explain the problem and what can be done to solve it.
