Mike joins me today to discuss implementing integrity by design. He highlights why we should strive to communicate openly and bring our best to every situation. Mike shares how those who have been living as their inauthentic self can find a way to their authenticity and overcome their immunity change. He shares how the capacity to trust is vital and the role of values and a strong moral compass in your organizational and personal life. We discuss why a leader's actions need to be based on courage instead of cowardliness and highlight that the growing gap between employee and CEO salaries does not serve shareholders' interests and breeds distrust before trust. Mike also shares why organizations need to move toward network thinking to engage and motivate others and three steps you can take to ensure you bring your best to every situation.

“Integrity is a popularly stated value in most large organizations and yet, in many, we see failures in this regard.” - Mike Horne
