Dr. Erin Baker is a Transformational Coach and Strategic Advisor working with high-performance entrepreneurs and leaders to achieve a life they love while making a positive impact. She was previously the User Experience Research Leader at Microsoft and Facebook. Erin has a Ph.D. in social psychology from The University of Texas and uses her expertise to help people cultivate an amazing inner world, which supports the outer change they are looking to create. She is currently writing her first book and is the host of the Shift-Starters podcast.
