As we enter a new year, it is a great opportunity to set new intentions, resolutions, commitments, and goals. This is a moment to evolve and to think about how and what we want to change. We need to recognize that this is the only life we get, and we should take the greatest advantage possible from that fact. This is your life, and it is the only one you get, so you need to choose to innovate, behave differently, and learn and uncover what you are afraid to let go of and why are you afraid to let go of it.

Today I narrate the first chapter of my book This Is It and discuss how you need to continuously evolve to achieve what you want to achieve. I share what causes resistance and motivation for change and encourage you to recognize that everything is a choice. I share how you can move forward and set your life’s intentions by being brave and losing your biases. I also share three ‘mindfullness’ exercises that you can do today.

“If you do not commit to personal growth and evolution, your ability to realize the full potential of your life, I believe, is nil.” - Chris Colbert
