Happy New Year guys!! We hope you guys are having a great start to 2023. We are dropping a new series today that touches on the topic that Stephanie has been researching for a few years. Reading ingredient labels. What to stay away from, what to look for, how to know what is good for you, etc. It’s overwhelming to say the least. We hope this episode helps. Stephanie shares some tips and tricks she has learned in the last couple years. We have linked a list of unacceptable ingredients for foods that was created back in 2019. It is a great starter when looking at what to STAY away from.

Leslie talks about how when they have made the changed what they use when cooking it always tastes WAY better. She has been digging into the labels lately also and making little changes. Making those little changes definitely helps in BIG ways. We hope to do another episode similar to this one to share more tips and maybe include a bit of a buy this not that.

Reading food and ingredient labels is HARD work, but we promise it’s SO worth it. When you know what you are putting in your body you feel better about it all around. We touched on how it even improves our moods. We hope this is helpful.
