Did you know that history tells the story of who the Samaritan woman is?  This story is not a parable or based on a nameless person.  Photina, the Samaritan woman, was highly regarded by the time he reached martyrdom.  I encourage you to do some research about this extraordinary woman.  Was she a sexual deviant or do we rush to condemn women based on their sexuality?  What does the text actually tell us versus what facts are we assuming?
