C-213 (a Private Member's Bill from NDP MP Peter Julian) would have started the process of creating a national pharmacare program in Canada. We dive into the structure of the bill, arguments that it was 'unconstitutional', our hopes for and disappointments with the NDP, and (of course) how vile King Shill Adam Vaughan really is.
