On this episode of The Awakened Feminine podcast, I chat with Linda Jämsén, an American expat writer-musician living in Helsinki. Originally from New York, she received a B.A. in Music (Piano Performance) from Bard College and then moved to Boston.
During her adult life as a musician and development director for various nonprofits, she moved back and forth between the two cities before arriving at a crossroads at age 41. Soon after, she moved to Hungary, land of her musical idol, pianist-composer, Franz Liszt, and reinvented herself as an English teacher. For the next three years, she traveled on a romantic and music-filled "Odyssey of Love," also the name of her recently released memoir, before meeting her Finnish husband.
During our time together, Linda and I dive into:
- Settle down, don't settle for
- Finding your gift and using it to give back
- There is no shame in asking for help and support
- Getting clear with what you want to manifest it into reality
- Plus so much more!
