What does it take to be “all in”? Obviously, we’re not “all in” when we’re … sitting in the plane with parachute on, or standing on the high dive or on the bridge with that bungee cord properly attached to our leg.  No.  We’re “all in” when we jump out of the plane, step off the high dive and off the bridge.  So too in our spiritual lives, can we be a follower of Jesus, but not “all in”?
