The Holiday Chocolate and Parchment Wassailing will be held this week on Wednesday, December 7, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.  The festivities begin with the mayor lighting the holiday display in front of the Parchment Community Library.  This week’s Parchment Update combines excerpts from previous interviews with additional video for your invitation to holiday fun!
