The Kalamazoo County ID Program is five years old!  On this week’s Parchment Update, County Clerk Meredith Place discusses the anniversary celebration scheduled for Friday, May 5; naming the program in memory of Larry Provancher; and the County ID Mobile Unit that will be at the Parchment Community Library on May 22.
