Donald Groves is a Personal Awakening Coach in the Charleston SC area who talks about using the Gateway Experience, a series of meditations that awakens one's consciousness developed by the CIA and the Monroe Institute.  In one of the meditations he was actually touched by a spirit and he gets a warning from a psychic to redo the earlier meditations.
