Ali joins us in the discussion outside of Willow's Coffee House in the town, to have a chat about Fluid Motion Theatre Company.

Alison is on hand to explain that Fluid Motion is a mental health theatre company based in Basingstoke. We make theatre about lived experiences of mental health. And we do this anywhere and for everyone.

She tells us the All in the Mind Festival is the largest outdoor mental health arts festival in the UK, and it is returning to Glebe Gardens in Basingstoke in September.

The festival is an annual one-day event featuring music, dance, spoken word and theatre.
