Entrepreneurship is still sexy after Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg made it cool over a decade ago. I agree with Gary Vaynerchuk we have way more students than real entrepreneurs. The "students" specialize in more consumption and less execution. Also, more gonna and less doing. Enjoy this motivational episode to start your real journey today.

In this episode we talk about why speed is so important in business. Gary mentions that we should focus more on execution and less on worrying, Day-to-day operations have speed but when it comes to your vision have patience. Small business owners they make mistakes too just like entrepreneurs and executives sometimes even more. The biggest mistake is not understanding how to run a business. It is not enough to be good at a craft you need to understand business or get a business partner. Next mistake is not understanding the importance or customer service and customer experience(overall). This is crucial to the success of the business. Last mistake is not thinking long term only focused on the right now. Focused on transactional (💰) and not the relational (repeat and referral business). Enjoy this episode.
