- He got to know them before calling them to His inner circle.
- Jesus evaluated people based on their potential, not their current position.
- Jesus watched them when they didn’t know he was looking.
- And as he did before every other major event, Jesus prayed about it.
Yes, it can be scary to start building your team when you have been doing everything yourself. But when you build with the right people, it frees you up to do your own best work.
