Episode Ten

In November 2020, Nicola Davies, Kay Keane, Robyn Clark, and Jo Wadey grouped together via practice index following the oversight of practice managers as part of the golden hello partner scheme. A month later, they founded The Institute for General Practice Management (IGPM). The IGPM was formed with the aim of being recognised as the professional body that represents all managers working within general practice in the United Kingdom.  

In a special episode, we speak to Nicola and Kay, about why they set up the IGPM, what they hope to achieve, and the importance of skilled and respected practice managers in general practice.
