This is the first of many podcasts which will be following the people of Gainsborough in Lincolnshire and how they have been dealing with Lock Down and Isolation. In this episode we meet Adele, who to help her with her own lock down and mental health challenges decided to help others. After being isolated for many months, Adele decided to have all her hair shaved off for the MacMillan Cancer Charity. Here we find out how she felt before and after her 'Brave The Shave'.
