Hi all,

I'm back. Had a lovely holiday for a week. Have been cycling from my home to maastricht in the extreme south of The Netherlands. Done 477,4 km's (about 298 miles) with fully packed bicycles. It was great. weather was nice, people were nice, not too many tourists yet, many off-road bits (i love off-road!). In short: a lovely active holiday and a complet brain switch off.

But now I'm back and ready to podcast so: expect a podcast shortly. I'll be scouring the net for some great tunes!
