Intervene:

WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?

• Explore options for dealing with the problem or conflict.

• Remember, this is not about offering solutions or “fixing” it.

• Refer them to the primary staff person at your campus.

• Ask them... “What steps do you want to take?”.

• Remember to pray with them and for them (which works).

Remember, LIFE IS BETTER IN JHM BECAUSE YOU'RE IN JHM!
