Bio: David Rubin is former mayor of Shiloh, Israel, as well as founder

and president of Shiloh Israel Children’s Fund, which supports extensive projects for terror victim children, as well as other children who suffer from trauma. It was established after Mayor Rubin and his three-year-old son were wounded in a terrorist shooting attack. Rubin is the author of five books, including The Islamic Tsunami and Peace for Peace: Israel in the New Middle East.
