This episode will discuss healthcare, and the sometimes limited options that some might have. I will cover 3 cases (with a 4th one referenced) over the next 2 episodes where patients went to the hospital and experienced shocking circumstances that unfortunately led to their deaths. This episode will give an introduction to the specific county that will be discussed, the distance between different hospitals and how that compares to another county with a much larger population. It will also discuss a case that is heartbreaking to imagine, for both the victim who suffered ongoing pain from a completely avoidable accident to the family left to mourn and to relive the final days of Julie Bailey’s life.
