In this meditation I invite you to connect with you Inner Goddess! We have that Divine Feminine energy within us no matter you gender. It is a powerful energy that allows us to connect, to be intuitive, to operate from the heart, to live creatively. Goddesses are everywhere in human lore and mythology - and yes, maybe some of them were not ideal role models! However, the essence of the Divine Feminine, the Inner Goddess, is an energy that is wholeheartedly loving yet strong, powerful yet compassionate. We live in a world which honours and values the qualities of the masculine over that of the feminine. This is not a gendered energy simply an embodiment of the different energies that we all hold within us. We can call them solar and lunar instead of masculine and feminine.
