Dr Vic Manzo used to have a thriving Chiropractic practice and has shifted towards being a Spiritual Mindset Coach, an energy medicine practictioner... It is hard to lock down exactly which of his many strings to pick! But suffice to say, Vic has a wealth of knowledge and this episode we delve deep into what it is to work on our energy. As always, I am still digging into the quantum physics of our energetic body and we had a really information dense conversation! We talk about connecting with consciousness, and one of my favourite ways of thinking that he brought up, which is connecting with the three year old you.
