In this conversation, Rebecca provides an insight into the amazing work that Nafasi Art Space does to promote contemporary art in Tanzania and its evolution since its establishment. Rebecca is an installation artist, filmmaker and writer herself, and has been the director of Nafasi since 2016. Born in South Korea, raised in the USA, and based in Tanzania since 2010, Rebecca is a strong believer in the power of the arts to uplift, liberate, and build community.
