Dairy gets it's own food group. While some of us (dietitians included) may argue this fact, there is a good reason for it; potassium, calcium, and vitamin D.  That being said there are plenty of plant based options that can fit in that category too, even if they are completely dairy-free.  Today we taste some dairy containing, dairy free (plant based) and kid-friendly yogurts and give you our feedback on taste and nutrition.
