When I talk about conscious parenting or connectedrelationships parents and teachers alike repeat this statement with conviction,“But they need to learn right from wrong.” I totally get it. I too was quiteattached to this belief. And of course, we want our children to be acceptedinto society. We want our children to take ownership of their own behaviors. Weall want to live in safe, compassionate environments. My question is what is EFFECTIVEin accomplishing those goals?
