Katherine Pierce, or KP as the team calls her, has been with Inspire for over 4 years, which is a long time in our high-growth startup world. Katherine came on board as a Sales Quality Analyst and built out the foundation for our Sales Quality process… which are still used today. She’s worked in 5 different organizations alongside 6 different bosses, and because of that she brings well-rounded viewpoints to every discussion.
