We talk about normalizing, being ok with not being ok. Life is full of pain and joy, suffering is optional. Using the analogy of the weather which is also always shifting, This is what the "weather" is today, we suffer when we want it to be something different. The wisdom to know and trust that on those days when we're not on our "A" game, we know it will change because we've experienced that it will change. Have faith in this knowing. This is where Radical Self Care comes into play, taking the overwhelm and making it simple. Celebrating the simple!
