What are you rinsing and what are you watching?

This week I've been rinsing Kanye West's Gospel Choir- It's the medicine I didn't know I needed.

I've been open about my dislike for cooking but I've decided that if this really a role that I'm doing for the rest of my life then my kitchen needs to be the DREAM KITCHEN so that I can enjoy the process more.

I touch on the fact that in the west African culture women are conditioned for suffering. this notion may also be true in other cultures but speaking from experience and the things that I've noticed I'm not not up for it and I won't stand for it.
