We read and talked about Chapters 1 Integrity and Chapter 2 Competence of  'Muhammad (saw): 11 Leadership Qualities that Changed the World' by Nabeel Al-Azami. It is an inspiring book with lots of learning points. Once you read a few chapters, you start spotting these qualities in people around you and/or wonder why certain people do not have these!
