I extend my learning of boundaries from episode 7 (Boundaries for beginners) where the first lesson was about how I need to uphold my boundaries and others don't need to respect them. This mind shift was so invaluable that it catapulted my journey further after a slow 10 years of "trying" to practice them.
And every time I felt my personal boundaries were crossed I understood that ultimately I needed to act upon that if I wanted to. Yet, that specific action we take when we begin to uphold our boundaries, what is it specifically?
I share a recent event with a friend that made the vague concept of boundaries even more clear. It wasn't until after the incident with her and my own journey with boundaries that I had understood boundaries in a whole new way, again!
