The Institute for American Musical Theatre Creators is a 2-year certificate program for composers, lyricists, librettists and directors with a passion for new work development. Driven by a passionate faculty of professionals working at the highest levels of the business and working to foster meaningful collaborations between students, IAMT Creators aims to set its students up with a rich understanding of the form of musical theater, an expanded creative toolkit, a deeper understanding of themselves as artists, and the communication skills to see their vision through in theater and beyond.
