OV Boss Babes Podcast is recognizing 12 influential and powerful female leaders from our community, as they share how they choose to change through raising awareness against bias and taking action for equality. The following women were included in part two of the Women's Collective:

Jessica Khouri is a feminist marketer, writer and best selling author. This past fall, her co-authored book, Women Let’s Rise, became an Amazon Best-Seller. Her chapter Girl Gang, looks at building authentic and supportive communities of women in business.

Sigrid Geddes is the owner and founder of Sigrid's Naturals, handmade skin care products created from 100% natural ingredients. Sigrid’s learning brought on a sense of self-empowerment that she has shared with hundreds of others with the intent to inspire and empower.

Sophie Smith-Doré is the Founder of Musclebound Mama Inc. As a nutrition and wellness coach, she helps women change their relationship food rather than simply focusing on diet and exercise.

Tina Williams is the Executive Director with Community Living Upper Ottawa Valley and consultant with The Council on Quality and Leadership. Her focus has been on enhancing the quality of life of adults with developmental disabilities in her own community.

Jennifer Murphy sits on County Council as the elected Mayor of Bonnechere Valley Township. At the County of Renfrew Jennifer sits as the Chair of the Finance and Administration Committee, is a member of the Health Committee, and is involved in many fundraising efforts and community events throughout Bonnechere Valley.

Arlene Jamieson is the sole proprietor of Venture Interiors. As well as running her business, she is in her second term as municipal Councillor for the Town of Renfrew.
