Swam in the pool for 25 minutes. Felt really good on the back. Continuing to improve, but it's still painful. Been taking iphuprohen, doing some light icing, soaking it in the bathtub a little bit, and mixing in stretching. As a whole, this last week I've really limited myself to not doing any sort of running or jumping or heavy weight-bearing exercise. Sticking with light movements. Tomorrow I have my chiropractor appointment. That'll be nice to get a full assessment. Not only of my lower back, but also for my spine and see how things are aligning. Looking at my training session tomorrow in the gym, I'll do a light warmup. Not going to push for anything. I'll talk with my trainer and guessing if we do something it'd be along the lines of what it was like last week. Just stretch out my hip flexors, torso, and light movements to see how things feel. Finish with a little bit of glute activation to get things firing and staying engaged. Even though, like I said, I'm not going to be lifting any weights or doing any high intensity movements. I'll check in tomorrow and excited to see the results.
