What even is the shadow?! We’ll get into that in our conversation,but first, who is Will Sparks?

Will is a Professor and Chair of Leadership in the McColl School ofBusiness at Queens University at Charlotte, NC. He has taught there 22years and his background and degrees are in Organizational Psychology.

Will has been involved extensively in shadow work, heavily influenced bythe famous Carl Jung, and attributes a lot of his approach inleader/team/organizational development and executive coaching to accountingfor, and appreciating, the power of the shadow.
