2. Replace the negativity in your life.
3. Stop making mountains out of molehills.
4. Speak life and not death.
5. Learn to live in the moment.
6. Don't let the vague thoughts pull you down.
7. Start tomorrow in a way that sets a positive tone for your day.
8. List five things that you are grateful for right now.
