Building a business that is successful requires quality training and an efficient way to learn that training. In todays Clicks & Bricks Business Podcast Ken and Janifer talk about how she transitioned into her business after years of working as a teacher. She took those teaching skills and applied them to start a business that helps other business owners be more productive and not waste time with lesser quality training.

(01:00) Janifer introducers herself and gives us some insight on where she used to be and how she moved into being a business owner.

(04:30) In this part of the business podcast Janifer starts by telling us how she transitioned into owning a business and building a business.

(11:00) She explains what micro learning is and the ways that as a business owner you should use it to train your employees. It is much more effective because of these reasons.

(16:00) Ken tells about a struggle he has as a business owner. Asks Janifer her opinion on how she helps other business owners train better employees.

(21:30) Janifer explains that if you want to create a process the training has to be top notch or else you cannot make your business process automated.

About Janifer: When I’m not helping you crush your goals and level-up your productivity, you can find me in my little RV… by the water, communing with nature. I’ve built my life on the idea that efficiency and productivity have the power to make life spacious enough to hold your dreams. If you snuck a peek at my resume, you’d see that I’m a Certified Teacher & Curriculum Designer, Certified Diversity Professional®, International Best Selling Author and I have over a decade of experience as both an adult educator and business operations expert . Did I mention I take getting things done seriously? I can’t give you more hours in the day, but I can help you get so much more juice and life out of the hours you have.
