Seid utilizes his experience and strategic thinking to solve complex issues. Weston's career also includes Management Consulting for Fortune 500 companies from California to London. While mentoring students, he realized that he was most passionate about tackling challenges in youth development, so he founded Oppti to help young people find internships and gain their first career experience. Today, Weston and his team lead a path of positive change for students around the nation. His goal is to help students find confidence, financial freedom, and careers that align with their passions.
