In this episode, we interview Gregg Pascal Zachary, a writer and former professor of practice in the Cronkite School of Journalism, and the Consortium for Science Policy and Outcomes, at Arizona State University on the impact of U.S. intervention in Libya.  The Libyan Civil War consisted of an armed conflict between Gaddafi’s government and anti-Gaddafi forces, also known as rebels, looking to overthrow his government. The United States became involved with the Libyan Civil War by implementing diplomatic initiatives and sanctions against Gaddafi’s government. Zachary provides his insight and expertise on the strategies adopted by the U.S. government and the lasting effects of their actions today.
