Today, Make-a-Wish is testing out the value of a $10 bill with its new Make-a-Wish 12/12 program. The pilot program is the first of its kind for the wish-granting organization, with Montrose as the first city in America to host the fundraiser.

Also, Oktoberfest is brewing up a batch of fun on October 9th at the new Rotary Amphitheater in Cerise Park. As is tradition, All Points Transit organized the event as one of its main fundraisers. The event returns after cancelling last year because of COVID.
