In the beginning of this episode, I explain to my listeners why it has taken me so long to record a new episode and why I have chosen this particular topic. Then I draw upon a recording that I did with my Doula colleague Elodie on this subject during the summer. Together my Doula colleague and I reflect upon endings, transitions and new beginnings. We share how we have experienced these in our own lives and share stories and examples.
