There’s been a decrease in participation on non-regulatory commissions in Sierra Vista.

During the last City Council meeting Assistant City Manager Victoria Yarbrough explained that they’re evaluating these commissions to find out how they can be more effective. 

She said that over the past six months they’ve been taking a lay of the land… trying to find out why participation has been lagging.
