If you're like me, you love a good life hack. Whether it is a shortcut on how to peel garlic or open a beer bottle, hacks save us time, hard work and often times they provide a solution when we don't have everything we need to accomplish the task at hand. Unfortunately, there is no leadership hack.

In Season 1 of Here To L.E.A.D., we've learned the four anchors necessary to bring our leadership to life on a daily basis.
