As a leader, it is your job to make sure this detailed work gets done before the project is launched, and that you have all the answers to these  questions.

1. What are you going to do?
2. Who will do it?
3. When will you be done?
4. Why? What is your why? Or the impact that you’re hoping for?
5. How will you measure it?
