Christopher Leahy is a born and bred Brooklynite who started a construction company while still attending Stuyvesant High School. A 7th generation New Yorker, Christopher walks us through his experience as a General contractor in NYC throughout the 80s and his pivot into high end residential construction in the 90s. Christopher provides detailed insight into the old New York and walks us through his story of pivoting his business into becoming a landlord, property developer and marina owner throughout Manhattan, New Jersey and New England. Christopher expanded his business after top ticking the sales market when agreeing to sell two pink landmark buildings in Soho for a number he had to take seriously. His son Devin Hugh Leahy asks the questions while learning about his father’s story.
