In this episode, Kirsi interviews Anna Baastrup Rønne and Emmeline Werner from the oldest environmental organisation in Denmark, NOAH. We discuss how the contemporary food industry and agriculture destroys the planet and the systemic changes necessary in order to strive for a more equal and sustainable system.
