What's up IMWK family and welcome to the first episode of Black History Month 2021. Each week, I will have the pleasure of spending time with great black business entrepreneurs and community leaders. We will speak about who they are, what they do, and their thoughts on what Black History Month means to them, Black leaders from past to present, and ideals on how we can close the wealth gap, and balance the table of equality. Our first episode is with a great Tacoma community leader, Dominique Ervin aka Boeblast.

Boe has been a pillar in the community since he was 15, and continues to spread laughter and joy through his comedy shows. Boe is involved everything from coaching youth sports, motivational speaking at various venues, to owning a local barbershop called Ervins.
